Most buildings in the UK are very energy inefficient. With energy prices on the rise, becoming more efficient is an easy way to start saving money and become more responsible.
Our experience and expertise means we are well placed to handle even the most demanding enquiries. We can help you reduce wasted energy whatever stage of the journey you are at. Take a look below to see some of the ways we can do this.
Lighting accounts for up to 40% of total energy costs in most buildings. With simple and non-intrusive changes you could cut your lighting costs by up to 80%, without sacrificing any of the light quality, brightness and colour rendering.Find out more
Inadequate heating systems can lead to significant energy loss. This is usually due to poor insulation and inefficient and out of date systems.Find out more
Cooling systems in commercial buildings account for a significant amount of energy consumption and often operate in a very inefficient manor.Find out more
You might be paying for more energy than you actually need, to run all your electrical appliances at work. By controlling the voltage that enters your building you could save up to 20% on your electricity bills immediately.Find out more
Old inefficient equipment can be upgraded to ensure it operates at maximum efficiency while at the same time reducing running costs.Find out more
Installing intelligent building controls can be a very cost-effective way of controlling your buildings’ energy use as well as optimising its usability.Find out more
Our engineers conduct an energy audit on your building to identify inefficiencies. We will provide you with a variety of solutions that you can implement all at once or pick and choose depending on your requirements and budget.
Once the appropriate solutions have been identified our mechanical and electrical (M & E) engineers will install the energy saving equipment ensuring minimal disruption at all times.
Following completion, we can monitor your energy use at a very granular level, increasing savings by keeping tabs on what you are consuming.
We offer a number of different services from energy auditing and EPC's to the design and fitting of new energy efficient equipment. Take a look at our full list of services.
An energy audit is the first step in calculating the amount of energy you currently use and allows you to identify the areas where you can make savings.
Take the leap, set a benchmark and start working to reduce your energy consumption with us.Find out more
Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) provide a rating that compare your building's current energy efficiency and carbon dioxide emissions with potential figures that the building could achieve.
If you are selling, letting or managing a property then you may well need an EPC under current legal requirements.Find out more
We understand that each building is individual, which is why we can offer a variety of different technologies tailored to your paticular circumstances.
Once we have agreed designs with you, we are able to supply and install the equipment needed to increase your building's energy efficiency.Find out more
Typically, utility suppliers make it difficult for you to accurately monitor your energy consumption be it electricity, oil or gas. Keeping very close tabs on your usage of these utilities will normally allow you to reduce your current costs by 5% on average.
Don't give utility companies any more of your money than you need to. Let us do the hard work analysing your fuel consumption for you, and pay less.Find out more

The Energy Efficiency Financing Scheme from Siemens offers leases, loans and other financing options to reduce businesses’ energy use. New, more efficient equipment should lower energy bills and with payments calculated so that they maybe offset by the anticipated energy savings, the financing option is designed to pay for itself.
A 0% interest loan designed to be paid back monthly through the savings we produce. As a registered provider we can apply on your behalf for up to £100,000.
Salix Finance can enable NHS trusts, universities, local authorities, central government and other public sector bodies to improve energy efficiency, attain emissions targets, reduce energy bills and raise green credentials. They do this by providing loans and ring-fenced conditional grants to make effective, long-lasting carbon saving projects happen in the public sector.
Under the ECA scheme, businesses can claim an 'enhanced' 100% capital allowance on qualifying investments on equipment in the first tax year. E.g. A company which pays 28% corporation tax would save an extra £280 for every £1,000 spent under the Enhanced Capital Allowances scheme in the purchase year, so the scheme boosts cash flow and shortens the payback period of an upgrade project.
The UK Government intends that the Green Deal, to be launched in October 2012, will revolutionise the energy efficiency of British properties. It is establishing a framework to enable private firms like ourselves to offer consumers energy efficiency improvements to their homes, community spaces and businesses at no upfront cost, and recoup payments through a charge in instalments on the energy bill. Any offer will be based on ‘The Golden Rule’ which states that the instalment payment for energy saving measures must not exceed the potential associated cost savings for the property based on an average bill for the duration of the Green Deal. I.e. the savings in your energy bill must be the same as or greater than the instalment payments for the energy saving measures.
Overhauled energy efficiency of entire premises. Upgraded lighting in factory floor and offices, installed a new boiler and radiant heating systems, insulation and building controls.
